A Few PGA TOUR FBR OPEN Plays I am Making.

Just so no one thinks I am some hack. I have Professional status and have some mini tour experience. I carry a +1 handicap and have played TPC of Scottdale about 10 times.

I have a few plays I am making in this tournament. The matchups are for the entire tournament.

Billy Mayfair +130 over Jose Olazabal
Mayfair is a local boy who usually plays well here. Olazabal is hot right now but I want the experience here. They tied last year.

Arjun Atwal - 105 over Brant Jobe
Atwal is hot right now. He is due for a win. He is leading the PGA Tour in putting. I also like the fact that his tee time is in the afternoon tomorrow. Jobe Tees off early and it will be chilly and the ball will not be flying very far. I see Atwal getting off to a good start for the week. Jobe has started the year good but he can't finish.

I also like these players to win the tournament. I play these small and for fun.

David Toms 15 - 1 (4th last year)
Johnathan Kaye 35 - 1 (Local Boy, had won here before)

Love the Arjun Atwal play! He is better than Jobe is. They both are having a good start to their seasons. I also like the Toms and Kaye bets to win the tournament!

For some reason I am liking a longshot this week...

I like the Rollins play too. He started shitty last year and had a good weekend. Atwal is also a +110 against Lucas Glover and I am thinking about that too.

I don't bet these big like other games, but I make them fun.

Do you do any other tournaments? If so, I will be looking for your post. I might play a few other tournaments when CBB is over.

Jesper is going to have a good year.

Maruyama is solid at the FBR. Rory does ok but he has been treading water.

I have to lay a $100 bill on this. He is playing good and is due for a win. I might be pissing the hundo away, but I would kick myself if he wins.

These picks are from my buddy who kicks ass in fantasy golf. He is in a few big money leagues and makes money almost every week. Worth a shot for a fun weekend.

Your right. My write up on Mauryama and Sabbatini is way off. I meant to say Sabbatini treads water at the FBR, but Mauryama doesn't do real well there either except he has made the cut the last few years.

I got these last plays from a friend, so I hope he knows what he is talking about. Thanks for the correction.

If Justin Rose wins, I would be a big weekend.

3 -1 so far with Maruyama down a few.

Rest of my matches are over, most of my opponents didn't make the cut.

Got Toms close to the lead and Rose needs to make a charge.
